I am a new resident in Jewel Of Indra, why can't I see anything in 3D?

  • Ensure that you have the Blaxxun Contact plugin installed, download it and read our configuration guide here.
  • If you have just installed the Blaxxun Contact plugin clear your browser cache, close your browser and log in again.

Why can't I hear the chat voices?

  • Make sure that your speakers are connected and turned on. The voice software is activated by default.

Why can't I log in?

  • Your password is case sensitive, make sure you type in the password you created exactly.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

PC Installation

For PC installation instructions please refer to our detailed configuration guide here.

If you do not follow this guide you will experience excessive crashing and some features may be unavailable to you. We may also be unable to support your configuration if you have issues with JOI.

To watch videos you should download the free RealPlayer Basic from www.real.com.

To view the library books you will need to install the Macromedia Flash Player. Get it here.

Mac OS

While we are unable to support Mac OS installations it is possible to access Jewel Of Indra through the use of the Parallels software. Instructions for configuring Parallels can be found here. Once you have Parallels working you should then follow the Windows configuration guide above.
